No, it happened to me a couple of weeks ago. I contacted their customer
service department and although they agreed to take it back, I didn't
like the way they handled the situation at all, so I vowed to never deal
with them again. I spent over $4000 with them over the past 2 years,
and have never had a problem. Since I decided not to deal with them
anymore, I didn't want to go through the hassle of shipping the cord
back to them.
