You scan 'em. Unfortunately, while Acrobat includes a scanning module, its
default storage method produces PDFs which are enormously bloated. The
original PDF from the Weston manual was almost 95 Megabytes! So I also
Postscripted the whole thing, and then ran the .ps file through Acrobat
Distiller with some carefully-chosen parameters. Voila. Less than 1 Megabyte.
Adobe really oughta do something about that. Maybe Acrobat 5's got a better
plugin for scanning...
