Oly appears to have let the copyright "lapse" on these pubs (technically, it's
still theirs, but they're not enforcing it), and even if they haven't, none of
them were "moneymakers" (Oly never sold brochures, for example). There's
little reason for them to get huffed about 'em.
On the other hand, a third-party info provider might have objections to having
a book they published for profit be made available for free over the Internet.
