If you mean, "change at the touch of a button," no. But any good program would
allow you to select areas such as the siding and then alter its colour.
Photoshop is excellent for such applications.
The problem with the "touch of a button" method is that you'd still have to
have some way of telling the program what the different areas of your image
were that you were interested in altering. Every time you took a new picture,
you'd have to repeat this procedure. Really, that's not much different from
what you'd have to do in PS, Paint Shop Pro, and so forth.
