I hope everybody is able to resist that KEH price. Just last week Tom
Scales alerted us to a mint- 40/2 for a BIN price of $450. For $800 plus
and sometimes less, the used 35-80/2.8 is a better buy, razor sharp, and a
lot more versatile. Its also five times as big. The 40/2 is cool because
its so small. But these prices are starting to get rediculous. Supply and
demand I suppose, and there appear to be very few of these lenses around.
Anybody have any idea how many 40/2 lenses were made?
