RE: [OM] Really LONG Zuiko Lenses (really!)I used to have a 400mm f-6.3 and
it was a very nice lens. A little slow but light weight and nicely balanced.
They have gotten expensive....I sold mine to a man in Denmark for $1200 US.
I have been told that the 1000mm is very good quality but it is slow at
f-11. I saw two for sale but cannot remember where. I will try to look that
up. /jnm

They're both made out of rare-earth, depleted unobtainium, with special
ED,FD,EM=C^2 glass. And if you have to ask how much, you can't afford
them.

You know, I was recently looking though my OM System Lens Book (the one
Olympus put out as a large, high quality text) when I realized that I
cannot
recall ever seeing a discussion of the 400 6.3 or 1000 11.0. Anyone have
these lenses or know of their quality and availability?
