Yeah, I saw that article a while ago. Pretty scary. I always sweep payments out 
of PayPal ASAP, and I only have the free $100/month account, so I'm not going 
to see 1000s of $ go missing. I used to work in the *non-banking* financial 
services sector and it has always been a Wild West show, so this comes as no 
surprise.
