It's an interesting read, but a $20,000 transaction through PayPal? What
was he thinking. PayPal is clearly intended for small transaction, not big
ones. Their credit card limit, unless you want to pay fees, is $100 a
month.
Honestly, $20,000 transfers in PayPal sounds suspicious. Sounds like a way
to circumvent the reporting requirements for any transaction over $10,000.
Why would you incur the fees for a $20K credit card transaction (which would
be significant)? Somehow I don't think getting the frequent flier miles
would make up for it.
I float a few hundred, sometimes more, through it almost all the time and
it's been very reliable for me.
