Albert, you probably experienced an unfortunate exception to the usual KEH
customer service. I've received very courteous treatment on the phone.
They *do* seem to expect that everyone who calls is asking about a specific
lens already listed in their catalog or on their website, which may not be
reasonable. After all, inventory can turnover frequently at places like
KEH.
I don't see anything wrong with asking something like: "Do you have any
135mm f/2.8 Zuikos in stock? What conditions and prices?" Perhaps you
spoke with someone who thinks every potential customer should have the
website or catalog in front of him/her during the call.
