Any suggestions about keeping the screw tight but not so fixed that it can't be removed when you want to take the head off? JohnPLoctite thread goop, available at automotive and hardware stores? It's worked on a lot of things I have that are subject ot vibration. Yes, just ensure you've got the correct formulation. One is for _permanently_ locking the threads and another is for _temporarily_ doing so. I believe you want the second type which allows you to break the threads loose when you want to remove the screw. -- John < This message was delivered via the Olympus Mailing List > < For questions, mailto:owner-olympus@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > < Web Page: http://Zuiko.sls.bc.ca/swright/olympuslist.html > |
