The 625A battery voltage starts to fall as soon as you begin using it, so
your meter calibration will probably change. IMO, silver oxide has a more
level output.

| As I understand it, a silver oxide 1.5v battery (SR44, 357) has
| characteristics which are a good match for the Hg battery it replaces with
| conversion. So yes, you won't go wrong using silver oxides in your OM-1
| from now on.
