Ah...interesting proposal. I'm on eBay as "atticmoths", an occasional
purveyor of the odd collectible knife and/or radio gear. Came about rather
by accident - I always find interesting, inexpensive items while looking for
other stuff that I seldom find. So I grab 'em, admire 'em for a while and
pass 'em along to true collectors (which I'm not). Tho' not a true
collector of anything I recognize and appreciate potential collectibles.
I have a special weakness for Queen knives (and related companies which
include Schatt & Morgan, Robeson, all of which are now subsidiaries of
Ontario). Somewhat less common than the more familiar pocketknives,
befitting my recently-acquired OMish quirk.
Sorry, no OM content other than that I'm always sniffing around pawn and
thrift shops for such. I smelled out a $200 OM-88 the other day.
Whoo-whee! Wotta stink.
