You're absolutely right about UPS, thay charge about $20 for a brokerage fee
to bring the item across the border. FedEx on the otherhand includes all
the fees (except taxes of course) up front so there are no surprises.
FedEx is great to use if you need overnight or 2'nd day delivery, otherwise
just go with the post office.
