I recall we went down this path recently but fresh from a visit to my eye doctor for an annual exam I wish to revisit this...(guess I shoulda payed better attention the first time or check the archives but bear with me). If the humidity is high and/or the weather cool I have a problem with steaming glasses while tromping around the track. Not good. I normally shoot wearing glasses since my OM-2S bodies have no diopter adjustment. Of course my eye doctor suggested contacts or laser surgery (haven't ever thought of trying the former and no thanks to the later). Seems to me the easiest thing for me to do maybe shoot without glasses using diopters instead of glasses. If I understand correctly, I can get eye-cups for the cameras that accept diopters? Are they fixed or is there some adjustment range? (I need a -1.5 BTW...) What is my best option (besides OM-4s with built in diopters...I need to settle a certain debt and then get a couple extenders first...next topic)? Personal experiences and suggestions will be greatly appreceated... Susan? You're our da eye expert...whadda ya think?
