Now I'm a fan of the "get up close with a standard or slightly
wide-angle lens" approach to live music photography (esp. in the cramped
& dingy places I do it), but I think you deserve all you got, poking a
24mm in someone's face like that! ;)
If you want to painlessly relive the experience, get some red/green
stereo glasses and have a look at
