no, not really fishing for compliments, since these are old photos
almost all of which you folks have seen before.
i guess i am sorta blaming the lens, but under certain conditions, whereas
another lens (the regular 50s) do well regardless of conditions. the 200/4
as well, seems to be impervious to the backlighting. a Spiratone 90/2.5
(goes to 1:1 macro, huge beast) i borrowed was smooth too (altho not as
sharp).
