Hi all, I'm hoping you can help me get un-confused here.
I was trying to take a flash picture today (in a bit of hurry) with an OM 2n
and my t-20. I've
previously used this combo with little problem. The t-20 was on "fully
automatic", but when I shot
the shutter locked up and stayed that way until I hit reset. Did it twice.
The flash seemed
charged. I changed the X/FP thing from X to FP, and then it seemed to work an
several additional
pictures -- but I'm not convinced that this was the thing that made it work.
One of my flash
shoes is slightly pitted and I'm wondering if that is the root cause of the
problem.
As I read the manuals, it seems that the X/FP position shouldn't matter at all
-- am I wrong???
Further, I just confirmed the flash seems OK on the X position...
Thanks for your help. This mess caused me to miss a shot, which I hate!
