These were hastilly and randomly selected and scanned last night from my
Friday practice day rolls. Much editing and scanning yet to do with all
the rest coming back from the lab today. Hope to have everything up
within a week. Many of these were taken with Tom's Zuiko 350/2.8. (Soon
to be mine perhaps? Nobody has tried to knock sense in my head as
yet...but then again I haven't run the idea past my wife yet either and
this one is too big to hide.) Two URLs: ALMS (sports car) shots are at:
http://motorsportvisions.com/lsalms2k/index.htm and a few I did for a
friend who painted the car that appears in them (whom I met through
Olympus list member Mike Butler) are at:
http://motorsportvisions.com/4rich/index.htm.
Those which were not taken with the Zuiko 350 were taken with my
new-to-me Tamron 80-200/2.8 LD (thanks again to all here who advised me
on that lens too...it is great!). It is interesting to compare the
results between these but in both cases viewing on the web does not give
these images justice at all. Through a loupe on the light table they are
amazing. I like my new toys...er tools.
I'll post again as soon as all is completed for those interested.
Apologies in advance for the WOB to the non-car crowd. ;)
