Same kind of thing happend to me with fed ex, and they sent me nothing
extra, and said that's just the way it goes sometimes. Took forever just
to get the delivery cost refund.
Also, a friend of mine used fed ex a number of times for eBay items
(never again for me), and 3 out of 5 times the well-packed items arrived
broken. Insurance aside, I imagine the buyers were still upset.
