Chris,
Just over from the park is the North Saanich Marina. I am looking after a
boat there. Each time down to the docks there have been eagles up. Port
Sidney Marina (right downtown Sidney) has a huge breakwater. Often there
are eagles parked there acting like sentinels. Without a doubt though
Thetis has to be the best spot. Eagles are guaranteed there. As an old
Edmontonite I can appreciate how this area overwhelms one with a quick visit.
