[OM] OLYMPUS RANGEFINDER CAMERA BOOKS

I am in search of a book with the following general title:  OLYMPUS GUIDE, 
HOW TO USE OLYMPUS RANGEFINDER SP, RC, RD etc.  Book was authored by Walter 
Daniel Emanuel and is out of print.

Anyone have it and want to sell it?  Or, know where there is one for sale.
