Wayne, it's not fair for me to answer that question 'cause I'd describe the
stuff as refried sh*t. Basically, it's hot (as in spicy), pickled cabbage.
Cabbage tastes like sulphur to me, so it doesn't matter how the stuff is
prepared, it smells like the bowels of hell. But some people love kimchi.
I love anything with cilantro in it, so I love Vietnamese food. But my
grandma doesn't like cilantro, so some of my favorite Mexican dishes have to
be seasoned separately.

Photograph all the kimchi you want. Just don't eat the
stuff. Look at it
this way - why would you dig up and eat something that had
been properly put
in a coffin and buried? There are lots of other Korean
dishes that actually
taste good.
Please explain ! What exactly is this kimchi ?
