I am selling two items for my brother. I have personal knowledge of both of
these items as I found and purchased them for him. He needs a $1600 bridge
for his teeth pronto, so he needs the moolah. I cannot show pics as my son
took my digital camera to CA, but he is offering a money-back 7-day offer
(see below). If you must have a pic, I'll have the camera back on Thursday.
First come, first served!
For sale to list, shipping to be paid by the buyer (see description), payment
may be made
1) within the US by check, MO, certified check, VISA or MC
2) from outside the US, only by VISA or MC
I offer a 7-day (from receipt) examination period within which you may return
the item if it is not as described (return postage will be the responsibility
of the buyer).
OM4T body
1) OM 4T, champagne, serial number #1155xxx, in excellent condition. I
hesitate to say a number, so I'll describe it thoroughly: mecahnically in
excellent condition, no problems whatsoever, only had a few marks on the
champagne paint in the usual places (along the top ridges of the pentaprism
housing, where the strap lugs rub, tiny rub spots on the outside bottom
edges. The paint has been re-touched using the model paint technique
discussed back in January and it looks at first glance like it is almost new.
The bottom plate is very clean. The leather is unmarred. The only other chips
are a few tiny ones on the back film-top holder...these have not been
re-touched. Includes the covers for the battery and motor wind housing. Also
includes body cap. Asking price: $515.00 firm. Shipping within US: $6.50,
outside US to be determined.
ZUIKO 35-70 f4 Auto Zoom Lens
2) The infamous, unusual and "rare" Olympus Zuiko 35-70 f4 Auto Zoom. This
unusual and uncommon lens was recently discussed at length on the list. Here
are the facts from the OM Sales Info File:
"This stand alone autofocus lens turns any Olympus OM manual focus camera
into an autofocus unit.
By pressing the buttons on the side of this lens the built in CCD sensor,
microchip and focus motor are activated to detect focus anomalities and
correct focus when necessary.
The electronics and AF motor are powered by three AAA size batteries in the
built-in battery compartment.
In combination with the OM-30 (OM-F) this lens turns into a dedicated unit
that can also be controlled by the shutter release button.
With a Winder or Motor Drive, any OM body, and the M.In-Focus Trigger Cord,
Single or Continous In-Focus Operation can be achieved: the Winder or Motor
Drive will fire when (Single AF) or as long as (Continous AF) correct focus
is detected.
This lens has also a normal focusing ring for manual focus; alternatively a
Power Focus mode can be selected to control the focus mechanism with two
buttons.. "

This lens is in excellent condition, no dents, no bangs, no scratches.
Lettering perfect..looks brand new. I will throw into this sale the
M.IN-Focus Trigger Cord which enables you to use this lens with your winder
for single or continuous in-focus operation.
This lens can be used with any of the OM system and is quite an unusual lens
for the Oly collector as it was a very innovative lens in it's time and the
forerunner of today's auto-focusing technology. The fact that it works
perfectly and also has the usual beautiful Zuiko quality glass makes it a fun
lens to own and play with. Asking $150 firm includes cord. Shipping $6.50
within US, outside US to be determined.
OLYMPUS Bag
Black, padded hard case with Olympus lettering in silver, silver latch on
front, and silver rounded feet on bottom, shoulder strap. Approximately 10"
long by 5" wide by 7" deep. I am not familiar with this bag but it is in
beautiful shape and includes the platform inside. I do not know what OM it
was designed for, but it is a good-looking bag and is quite sturdy. Asking $23
firm. Shipping within US: $4.50, outside US to be determined.
Please direct any inquiries directly to me at DAEYEGUY@xxxxxxx, not to the
list. I and my brother's creditors will appreciate your prompt responses. :=)
