Yo y'all,
can't help jumping - just have to share this with someone!
In a successful sniping action on German eBay I just made the winning bid on
a Zuiko 35-70/3.5-4.5, described as like new, with original box, at DM 155.-
(approx. US $ 75.-). So finally I have found a reasonable replacement for
the one that was stolen during my Scotland trip last August, after almost a
year of searching.
Now I just can't wait for the seller to contact me so we can get things
rolling.
MtFbwy,
Volkhart
P.S.: I'm gonna keep the 35-105/3.5.-4.5 and the 35-70/3.6, both meant to be
replacements for the 35-70/3.5-4.5 when I acquired them, anyway. Both are
great lenses, so if I parted with them I think I'd miss them just as much as
I found myself still missing this sweet ultra-compact lens now finally
replaced even after I had the other two. They all have their own special
qualities, making each of them a gem.
