Hi, Jordan,
I'm a relative newcomer to the OM system and this list as well, although
I've read the archives for a year or so. This is a terrific source for
information.
You can access the archives at this URL to read the various discussions
about the 75-150mm f/4 Zuiko:

Also, thanks to Gary Reese's exhaustive tests, you can read the test results
for the zoom at this URL, and compare it with other lenses:

Despite being a newbie I'll take the risk of summarizing some of the
opinions about the 75-150/4 Zuiko. A lot of people like it for its size and
overall quality. Some people have expressed concerns about optical elements
inside the lens separating. Some people have found lenses of similar focal
length (Vivitar, for example) that they like a little better.
I decided to try the 75-150/4 Zuiko based on the photos I've seen taken with
the lens and Gary Reese's description of it as having good resolution but
relatively lower contrast. Naturally, every sample of a particular lens can
vary somewhat. But this description generally fits what I need based on the
subject matter I photograph and the type of film I will use.
I hope this helps some.
