Funny how, in the old SC days, flare was often used as a creative element. Now
,in these MC days, it's a pox, a pimple, a festered sore on the nose of
photography. How times or should I say
coatings have changed our sensibilities.:-) After all coatings are just the
beginning to flare abatement. There's lenshood, umbrellas, shade trees, or
other peoples
shadows. An what's the good of MC if you stick a bad filter or a thumb print up
front. FLARE- if you can't LOOSE it-USE it.

True up to the point of just how do you add FLARE in the darkroom- chemically
or digitially?
