Some of Olys P&S were assembled in countries other than Japan. Some were
made by Ricoh, labeled Olympus, Some Ricohs were made by Olympus, labeled
Ricoh. Really.
Almost everything we are familiar with is made / assembled in Japan by
Olympus.
