Gary Schloss technobabbled:
The 675 cell has a form factor (size)...<
Gary, I had my wet noodle-o'-nine-tails at the ready when I detected
geekspeak used in place of English, but you retracted faster than I could
whip a noodle.
However, don't expect a 675 zinc-air cell to last very long: typically its
life will be less than 1/2 that of the zinc-air 625 Wein cell.<
Are you sure? I've examined the Wein cell pretty carefully and, to me, it
looks like nothing more than an ordinary 675 zinc air cell with a metal
collar to bring it up to 625 diameter.
Anyhow, I had 675 zinc air hearing aid batteries in my Canon FTbn and
Canonet G-III QL17 for about two months, and the OM-1 for almost a month.
I'll report back with their demise.
Lex
