but it is pretty big.

As far as batteries, any silver oxide SR44 is the same battery.

Enjoy!  You bought at amazing camera and a couple excellent lenses.  Just
don't get caught up in serious Zuikoholism or you'll find your self selling
everything else you own <grin>.  Nobody knows better then me.
