I'm using eGroups (www.egroups.com) for the Olympus non-OM list. It is
also used for the Zeiss Ikon list, and seems to work well for the 300
members on that list. I'm sure it's a web interface on top of another
listserv program, but it's very easy.
One of the Leica lists use the www.topica.com service. You might want to
look there too.
Unless you're a real hard-core technie, and have a machine already
connected full-time to the internet, I'd stay away from the roll-your-own
list servers. IMHO, it doesn't seem worth it, given the nice
internet-based services.
