You won't ever let a 21/3.5 go if you get one.
I did, and I sort of regret it, except it financed nearly half of the 21/2!
It's so small (almost the size of the 40/2), that it takes up
virtually no room in your bag.
That's the part I regret. The 21/2 is the size/weight of most
"normal" cameras' 50/1.4, or the Zuiko 50/1.2.
(Do I dare say this?) IMHO, the 21/2 is overrated.
Nah! I'll say I regret having sold the 21/3.5, but I DO NOT EVER
regret having the 21/2, because:
The 21/2 has the floating element for improved close-up performance...
This is REALLY nice if you use it! I put the 7mm extension on the
21/2, crank it up to closest focus to engage the floating element
group, then move back and forth to focus.
