Also, there seem to be two classes of sellers. The first are people like us 
or camera dealers. They know something about a camera and can at least be 
expected to know if the damn thing works!
The second class is the folk who used to sell everything at garage sales 
but have discovered ebay. They have no idea what a camera is or how to 
inspect it.
I've never had a problem with the first class.
