Thats why I use a secondary account for stuff like this.  You can always get 
a free email addy from www.hotmail.com  and give that one to whatever random 
internet sevices you may sign up for. In my case, I have a school address 
that I give to my friends and anyone that needs to reach me urgently.  I get 
almost no junk mail there.  I guess because I expect to get it on AOL, I 
don't mind it so much.
