I've been hearing that Leicas newer aspherical lenses have been getting
great reviews.I wonder how Nikons new rangefinder lenses will fare against
them. It would be nice to see cameras of that quality and craftsmanship out
on the market again, except a little more within reach money wise. 5000.00,
WHEW!!! DON'T COLLECT EM, USE EM!!!
Stephen Gandy raves about those M3s on his cameraquest site. Looks like
fully manual rangefinders will never die.

A photo dealer recently introduced me to the Hexar RF from Konica and
suggested that I might be interested. It had more than an uncanny likeness
to the Leica M6, was priced slightly less, and acccepted all M lenses.
Perhaps RF cameras are making a come back. After all I was told in the mid
1960s that my single stroke M3 was likely to go the same way as the horse
and buggy in not too many years! Right now it makes images right up there
with my 4T !
