When I used toplay music 5 or 6 nights a week, we'd sometimes have to
resort to Krystals for a post-gig meal. The only people in there
after midnight were musicians and stoners (yeah, yeah, I know - but I
never inhaled) who, as a rule, would have eaten cardboard with
ketchup and enjoyed it.
I liked the fact that ever after pounding the meat paper thin, they
stillpunched 4 holes in the patties to stretche the soymeat even
further. I think vegetarians could have safely eaten those burgers,
there was so little meat.
