Please excuse the repeated mention, but UK list members might like to know
that this is available through Camera & Darkroom magazine, and is discussed
on the C&D website (http://www.camera-and-darkroom.co.uk). I forget the
price, though I have seen hard copies and it is beautifully reproduced black
& white work.
