Chip, When the second high bid was withdrawn, that made $531 the second
highest bid, and if the bid increment was say $5, the winning bid would be a
$5 increase over the previously high bid, or $536, the withdrawn bid having
been thrown out as if it had never been placed.
It also seems that the two high bidders, $5500 and $5555 could possibly be
the same person.
