This is kind of off subject but may explain why photography might not be
permited. Before my first son was born, we went in for a Sonagram. I
noticed a vcr attached to the device and asked the nurse about it and was
told that if I had bought a tape I could have recorded the event his was in
1987, in 1994 when my wife was pregant with my second I remembered this and
bought a high quality tape so that this time I was prepared. I was told
that they could no longer allow any one to tape this as some where some one
had sued a doctor for negligence and had used a tape for eveidence and the
insurance company had told them not to allow the taping. I am wondering if
the thought process on some of the airlines might be similar.
