My OM-3's have proven to be incredibly sturdy and reliable,
the equivalent of the F-series in Nikon. That's good enough for me.
I also have a few OM-1s that haven't seen a battery in eons, and I
bought one from a listmember that was mint, but the meter did not work.
Sacrilegious as this may sound, I prefer working from an incident reading
with slide materials (and a spot with negative films).
