Barry,
For Sunpak, you'd want an EXT-10, in combination with the OT-1D TTL adapter
attached to the hot shoe.
For Vivitar 283, standard PC cord attached to the PC socket, or the Vivitar
Remote Sensor Cord.
For F280, the T.6 cord attached to the hot shoe.

Assuming I opt for a quick flip stroboframe, what cord would I need
to use with a third party TTL (i.e. Sunpack 433D) flash, and/or a
Vibitar 283, and/or an F280?
