I still think the best bet for this is to take an OM4-Ti, remove the
Ti top and bottom covers then get the paint removed
and have the bits anodised in your choice of colour.
I think Jan once looked into this and was told the anodising would be too
thin and would wear off to easily but I wonder whether the conveyor of
that opinion had any idea of how easily the standard paint walks. I have
seen some anodised Ti jewellery and I think the anodising would be tougher
than the existing paint.
