A 28-48/4 could be used in place of the 35-70 as well. It leaves a bit of a
gap in the short tele end, especially if coupled with the 100-200.
Speaking of the 75-150 and 100-200, does anyone own/has owned both? I'd be
interested in any comparisons. I generally prefer two touch zooms like the
75-150, but in trying to put together a light set of 49mm lenses it would be
nice to have the extra reach of the 100-200. Any comments on these lenses
would be appreciated.
As for that gap from 48mm to 75 or 100, an 85/2 would fill it nicely, though,
wouldn't it? Better go update that e-mail to Santa....
