Hi all!
I have a question for you.
My spare camera, a 2SP, is not functioning at all anymore.
I was out walking a whole day with back pack, including my dear 2SP. It was
chilly, about -3 degrees Celsius, when I for the second time in my life
experienced something weird with the advance lever. I pulled it as usual the
whole way, and was going to release the shutter. Impossible. So I pulled the
advance lever once again and was then able to take a picture.
A couple of hours later I once again pulled the lever to get ready to shoot
again. This time I experienced the same problem, so I repeated the
procedure. But this time I was unable to release the shutter. Nor could I
advance the lever anymore. The camera is stuck in that position, and I
cannot get it to shoot. The battery is in very good condition, and the
manual settings doesn't affect the shutter at all.
I have tried to use I winder 2 with it without result. It only makes a
noice, and nothing more. The shutter doesn't move and nor does the film
advance.
I think I have heard that the 2SP has had problems with the film advance
function, but I'm not sure.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH MY DEAR FRIEND?
What can I do to cure him from this disease?
I'd be very happy to get a few answers in this issue. I have many photo-jobs
going on now, and I can't only do with my 4Ti.
Please advice!
Regards
