Hi Jeff...
It's funny, I immediately liked the image on the left better, but you described
it in such a way as to make it seem the original was on the left, pshop on the
right.
Only thing I would say, since you're manipulating the image, is that you should
have left the base as is, with no texture. Clearly, the image _is_ the fountain
and the sprays of water. Texture in the base only serves to draw the eye from
the image.
