I would definitely pack some fast film If you are using a 200/2x combo. It
wasn't mentioned if a tripod or monopod was going to be used, but my 200/4
with 2x-a combo is only hand-holdable at 1/500 (sometimes) or faster. It is
slow as well, at f/8.
I do get good results, but you need fast film and a lot of light.
