First, sorry about the blank post, it's late.
This is an observation about the feel of the cameras.
My OM4t, that I got used, has a great shutter sound and everything, but the
advance is a little choppy. I chalked it up to needing a CLA in the
near-future.
When I was in my local shop, I played with, breifly, a beat-up OM-1.
It's advance was buttery-smooth. Real silky. This camera, obviously, is a
lot older than my 4T.
Then I tried out a couple of OM-2n's, I'd like one for a back-up.
It's advance had that OM-4 feel-- a bit gritty.
Is the Om-1 the only OM with this nice advance?
Am I making any sense?
If you know what I'm blabbing about--how do your camers compare?
Can I get my OM4T "smoothed-out"?
long, and so many questions I know, I apologize.
Thanks,
Mike Harrington
