Try looking over the aerial photography at your county office of the USDA
ASCS. They will likely have annually shot color slides of the country,
besides B&W and perhaps National High Altitude Program color infrared
enlargements.
You are into a very specialized area of aerial photography and remote
sensing. There are aerial photography companies experienced at infrared work
in the Gulf Coastal Plain region, esp. one in or near Columbia, Arkansas.
Take my advise and contract with one of them. It is the only way to get
useful results, since I've "been there and done it" in that region.
Color IR is VERY prone to exposure and processing variation.
