It's choice on my part really. I don't want to live in married quarters in
the UK, run as they are by a separate commercial organisation now - to the
detriment of the Serviceman. I have my own house west of Cambridge, but
there aren't any jobs around there.
Anyway, with 3 OM bodies and 11 lenses from 21 to 300 and 2.5 years to get
it right, even *I* should be able to get some decent late afternoon shots
in Italy! ;-).
Anyway, this will be my last flying tour with the RAF, unless I become an
instructor again. I think I'll try the airlines...
... and I like Italian wine...
