Gregg,
I apologize for the apparent tone of my previous answer. It went out by my
mistake before I put in smileys and the explanation that we had a big,
unpleasant thread about this recently. Others who went through the thread
will understand my comment, but you wouldn't, so I regret the error and
apparent abruptness.
Anyway, this is not a DIY repair according to John H., who I suspect may
not touch the reply button on this one.
