Gregg,
If you are worried about the flash falling off or breaking
the shoe on the camera, use a bounce grip. There are
plenty of third party ones that are inexpensive and then
just use a TTL cord to connect your T32 to the connector
on the front of your OM-4t. The hot-shoe doesn't have to
be used at all.
